BRON sets a high standard for quality before a machine even leaves the shop. An 80-page Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) report impressed the client before the project began. The level of detail in the report demonstrated the expectations BRON places upon itself to deliver a product that is fully optimized for the demanding task ahead.

SETTING UP THE CLIENT FOR SUCCESS

A comprehensive walkaround and operator training session was completed to educate the client and their team about their new 175HD machine. Their goal was to plow 2” conduit for fiber optic throughout Iowa. Feedback from the operator during the training focused on the intuitive design and responsiveness of the tractor's interface. The controls were noted for being laid out exceptionally well, offering a level of sensitivity and precision in all plow functions that impressed the crew. This ease of operation allowed the team to maintain full control even when pushing the machine's capabilities in varied terrain.

CHANGING THE FUTURE OF HIGH-SPEED FIBER OPTIC INSTALLATION

The performance results fundamentally changed the client's expectations for project timelines in the future. While they were accustomed to a pace of roughly one mile per week, the BRON 175HD emptied a full spool of 2” conduit at a maximum depth of 48” in less than four and a half hours. With this productivity, the 175HD proved to be a powerhouse for high-speed fiber optic installation, delivering efficiency that far outpaced traditional direct plowing methods.
