Ground preparation
Out-digging the competition for pipelines, utilities, and drainage at an impressive trench speed with maximum manoeuvrability, the BRON TR450 Wheel Trencher powers through up to 8½ feet of earth, leaving smooth-walled trenches in its wake. Achieve maximum productivity with the TR450.

Ergonomic Design
Controls for the Tractor and Wheel are mounted on the high-back swivel chair, pivoting with the seat as you navigate & monitor trenching. The Air Ride seat smooths out the ride.
Self Levelling
The Main Frame and Wheel tilts the TR450 for vertical trenches on unlevel ground. The independently oscillating axles make ideal ground contact and provide a smooth ride on rough terrain.
Efficient Cooling
Designed to efficiently handle all system heat rejection requirements with one variable speed & reversing fan. This keeps noise levels and fuel consumption to a minimim with the added feature to reverse the fan to blow out dust and debris throughout the day.
Conveyor
A variable speed conveyer with offsetting capability allows you to place the dirt on either side of the trench.
Axle Width
Choice of axle widths allows use of 36” track pads (144” shipping width) for maximum flotation or 30” track pads (132” shipping width) for easier transport.
Options
Positive Air Shut-Off
The positive air shut-off shuts down the engine by preventing air intake. A good feature when working near combustible areas or to meet project requirements.
Chutes
A variety of chutes and trench boxes are available to meet nearly any job requirement. Options for hydraulic plungers available upon request.
Ice Picks
Cleats added to the track pads to achieve maximum traction. Available in several configurations to tackle your specific soil conditions and preferences.
Manual Grease Banks
Safely and easily add grease to axles and other remote locations.
Block Heater
Make starting the engine in cold weather easier with the assistance of a block heater.
Tow Cable
The tow cable routes from the front, underneath the tractor, and is connected at the back. This applies the towing forces directly to the attachment where it's needed, without putting unnecessary strain through the mainframe.
