John Deere JD14 or Cat C13B Engine
Two choices: John Deere and Caterpillar. The John Deere JD14 blends refinement and power with a support network that understands the seasonal work required in agricultural fields. The Caterpillar C13B has the power and torque of a larger engine.

Planetary Drives
Designed for both mobility and productivity, the standard planetary drives deliver travel speeds up to 3.5 mph while providing the power and performance needed to maximize the effectiveness of available plows.
Hydraulic Oil Filling
The onboard suction hose, electric fill pump, and integrated filter simplify filling from a 5-gallon pail while protecting hydraulic components by introducing only clean, filtered oil into the system.
5-Core Cooling System
The best in class cooling package has a continuous duty rating of 50°C ambient conditions. This cooling package prolongs engine life by exceeding the demands of the T4f engines.
Self-Cleaning Reversing Fan

D7 Undercarriage

Oscillating Tracks
Oscillating tracks allow each track frame to pivot independently, maintaining consistent ground contact over uneven terrain. This design improves traction, stability, and grade control, ensuring smooth operation and accurate drainage installation across varying field conditions.
Long Track Frame
The long track frame provides up to 16 feet of ground contact, delivering increased traction, flotation, and pulling force during deep drainage installations. By maximizing the amount of track on the ground relative to the machine size, this design improves stability, reduces slippage, and ensures consistent grade control, more than any dozer-style tractor.
Telescoping Track Axles
Telescoping track frames adjust the track gauge to optimize machine stance for the job at hand. The extended width increases traction and stability, allowing operators to pre-rip and plow without running in spoils, while also improving turning performance due to the wider stance. When retracted, the narrower footprint reduces shipping width for easier transport between job sites.
Track Guides
Track guides help maintain proper track alignment during operation, reducing the risk of de-railing in uneven or high-load conditions. By controlling lateral movement of the tracks, they improve stability, reduce undercarriage wear, and support consistent traction.
Elastomeric Tensioner
Designed for long-term reliability by using a rubber-like material as a spring system which eliminates mechanical parts that can break or nitrogen accumulators that may leak.

Visibility - 360-Degree View
Windows all around provide the operator with a commanding view of the jobsite. Includes front and rear overhangs to keep these windows clean while minimizing glare from the overhead sun. The front and rear windows are also sloped inward to reduce collection of rain drops, and the front windows and doors can also be cleaned with the standard wipers.
Spacious Interior

Level Master

Balanced Weight

Catwalks - Full-Length
Full length catwalks provide easy access from the cab, to the front mounted reel carrier, and all the way to the back for the optional rear-mounted steps. The catwalks also provide a stable platform for accessing daily maintenance inspections for fluid levels and more in the engine and hydraulic compartments.
Work Lights

Double Link - Standard Equipment
Proven linkage geometry provides a smooth tile installation with fast responses that can keep up with the high-performing BRON Power Unit. Virtual pivot points for the blade pitch enable the point approach angle to be adjusted on the fly without physically lifting or lowering, thereby keeping the tile on a smooth grade with accuracy. The DL750 and DL850 Double Link drainage plow models are available.
BC Cantilever Beam - Optional Equipment

RC Parallel Beam - Optional Equipment

Tile Management
When equipped, the complete tile-management system can carry the roll, feed the tile along the length of the tractor, and finish by feeding it into the top of the tile-chute. The entire system is designed to minimize stretching the tile while keeping it from dragging to prevent damage.
On-Board Reel Carrier
The On-Board Reel carries a roll of tile on the machine and includes functions for swing, tilt, and brake, controllable from the cab or the ground-accessible catwalk switches. The reel carrier is beneficial by eliminating the need for a stringer tractor and trailer.
Automated Reel Carrier
Hydraulic drive option to reduce tile stretching during installation. Automatic feeding of the reel carrier and roll of tile matches the installation speed of the tractor and plow.
Tile Puller
Positioned between the spool on the reel carrier and the power feeder on the plow, this helps to consistently supply tile to the power feeder while minimizing stretching the tile. Available with fixed and swing-out versions.
Power Feeder
Mounted on the plow directly above the installation chute, this feeds the tile into the chute, reducing the chance for the tile to stretch while flowing through the chute into the trench.
Tonnage Control
This option allows the operator to fine-tune the plow grading characteristics to match the soil conditions from inside the cab. In practice, tonnage Force UP reduces the weight of the plow in the trench; typically used in wet/soft soil conditions. Inversely in practice the Tonnage Force DOWN increases the weight of the plow in the trench; typically used in dry/hard soil conditions.
GPS and Laser Masts
Controlled from inside the cab by the operator, these masts can be raised for tile installation or lowered for transport with the touch of a button.
Cutter Crusher Chute
These chutes integrate a knife to cut the tile and a mandrel to crush and crimp, useful at the end of each run, eliminating the need to manually cut and cap. The refined crushing feature rolls and crushes in one motion, ensuring the tile end remains closed. The cutting knife is made from hardened plate for long life and included greaseable slides for a smooth operation. Available in single and dual versions for 4" and 6" sizes.
Chutes
Available in sizes 3" to 15" (7.6 cm to 38.1 cm). Designed to fit the BRON straight-back and slant-back blades, options include: single-wall and flexible dual-wall tile versions, weighted outlet door, and integrated cameras.
Mud Flap
An optional mud flap is available to deflect dirt and debris away from the rear linkage connection, thereby providing an extra level of protection for the grease fittings and hoses.
Greaser Options
A manual grease bank on the plow is available to provide remote access to all the hard-to-reach grease points on the plow. A more sophisticated Automatic Grease System is also available, integrated to grease the plow, tractor, and optional reel carrier.
Engine Pre-Heater
A diesel burning coolant heater and pump with programmable 7-day timer. The time can be set to turn on ahead of arriving on the job site to warm the engine coolant and engine block. On cold mornings this option enables easier engine starting and lets the the cab heater warm up sooner.
Ice Picks
Cleats added to the track pads to achieve maximum traction. Available in several configurations to tackle your specific soil conditions and preferences. Bolt-on versions also available.
Tow Cable
The tow cable routes from the front, underneath the tractor, and is connected at the back. This applies the towing forces directly to the plow where it's needed, without putting unnecessary strain through the mainframe.
HD Drive Package
The HD Package includes higher-flow pumps, larger displacement motors, and high-torque planetary gearbox with larger diameter sprocket. This provides a faster travel speed up to 4.5mph, reducing non-productive travel time while making the overall operation more efficient. The HD Drive Package has reduced input speeds which reduces the heat generation during operation, which in turn reduces wear and increases life expectancy.
Rear Track Offset
The track position is selectable between a 54" and 66" offset from the rear axle. This positions the tracks fore or aft depending on your application preferences and soil conditions. The 66" offset requires the selection of the Wide Gauge Axles (see Options - Platform).

Hydraulic rear steps raise and lower for easy access while raising them away from ground operations while at work. Controlled with the push of a button by the operator in the cab.

An optional wide gauge axle is available to provide improved turning power while also increasing clearance to the plow and spoil while plowing.
Hinged Perforated Belly Pans
The available Belly Pans protect the entire underside of the tractor. The full length design provides underbody access to internal components, with hinges for easy service. Perforations keep debris and water from collecting while still protecting critical components from below.
Camera Systems
Up to 4 cameras and 2 cab-mounted displays are available. Camera locations available around the machine to improve visibility where you need it most.
Power Inverter
An available power inverter provides 110V a/c power for you to plug in chargers and more.
Buddy Seat
A fold-down jumper seat for visitors to conduct in-field meetings or simply demonstrate to your customer the installation process and operation. Also valuable for training new operators.
