6.7 L Cummins
The 175HD Utility Tractor is powered by a 6.7 L Cummins® turbo-diesel engine, engineered for strong, reliable performance in heavy-duty utility and installation applications. With robust torque delivery across the RPM range, it offers smooth power for demanding tasks while maintaining fuel efficiency and durability under load. This dependable powerplant ensures consistent performance day after day.
Manufacturer Validation
Every BRON powertrain is developed in collaboration with leading engine manufacturers like Cummins, Caterpillar, and John Deere. Each installation is reviewed to ensure the engine, cooling, emissions, and electrical systems work seamlessly together—so your machine is fully supported for long-term performance in the field.
Positive Air Shut-Off
Positive Air Shut-Off provides an added layer of engine protection by immediately shutting down the engine through the interruption of air intake. This system enables the engine to be safely stopped in emergency situations or in the event of uncontrolled fueling, thereby preventing severe engine damage and enhancing safety.
Separated Engine & Hydraulic Compartments
Divided into separate compartments for engine, hydraulics, and heat rejection, thereby separating hot ignition points from potential fuel sources. Keeps each compartment cleaner, making it easier to service and maintain for the duration of your ownership.
Single Layer All-In-One Cooling
The Single-Layer All-In-One Cooling Package is engineered for maximum efficiency, durability, and ease of service. Rated for continuous duty in ambient temperatures up to 50 °C, this best-in-class system meets the cooling demands of Tier 4 Final engines to help prolong engine life. The single-layer design provides easy, direct access for cleaning, reducing maintenance time while ensuring consistent performance in extreme working conditions.
Oscillating Tracks
Helping to maintain ground contact and traction across uneven terrain, oscillating tracks can increase installation accuracy, reduce operator fatigue, and minimize ground disturbance.
D4 Undercarriage
The D4 undercarriage provides a strong and robust foundation for the 175HD. Engineered for durability and smooth operation, the D4 undercarriage keeps the 175HD efficient, balanced, and ready for any utility installation.
Track Guides
The BRON 175HD features mid-guides designed to support the track pads during oscillation, ensuring smoother operation, improved stability, and longer track life. These mid-guides help maintain proper track alignment as the tracks pivot over uneven terrain.
Visibility - 360-Degree View
360-Degree Cab Visibility provides the operator with a clear view in all directions from the cab, improving awareness with the jobsite, attachment, and surrounding obstacles. Large windows and optimized cab layout enhance sightlines to the blade, reel, and jobsite. This improved visibility increases operating confidence, precision, and overall jobsite safety.
Spacious Interior
The spacious Interior features a large, heated and air-conditioned cab designed for all-day operator comfort. Generous legroom, wide sightlines, and an ergonomic layout reduce fatigue during long shifts. This comfortable, climate-controlled environment helps operators stay focused, productive, and comfortable in all working conditions.
Decelerator Pedal
The Decelerator Pedal allows the operator to slow ground speed without reducing engine RPM or hydraulic output. This feature provides precise control for specific applications by maintaining full hydraulic flow to the plow while operating at slower travel speeds. The result is improved control, smoother operation, and consistent performance during demanding installation work.
Swivel Seat With Mounted Controls
The high-back swivel seat is a standard feature, designed to maximize operator comfort and visibility during long workdays. Armrest-mounted plow and tractor controls rotate with the seat, keeping all primary functions within reach. This ergonomic layout reduces operator strain and fatigue while improving precision, control, and overall ease of operation in demanding applications.
Climate Control A/C & Heated
The climate-controlled cab features integrated air conditioning and heating to maintain a comfortable operating environment in all weather conditions, helping reduce fatigue and keep operators productive year-round.
Sliding Rear Window
The sliding rear window provides quick access to the rear of the machine for improved visibility, communication, and convenience during operation. Designed for ease of use, it allows operators to interact with the jobsite without leaving the cab.
ROPS Certified
The ROPS certified structure is designed to protect the operator in the event of a rollover. Available with an enclosed cab or optional open ROPS canopy, it provides essential safety without compromising visibility or access during utility operations.
Isolated Backplate Tractor Mount
BRON Utility Tractors are equipped with heavy-duty backplate isolators designed to minimize vibration transfer between the plow and the power unit. Differing in durometer, these isolators absorb shock and reduce stress on both the machine and operator, enhancing comfort and extending component life.
Balance Weight
Maximizing traction and stability, 1800 kg Front Counterweights and additional track frame counterweights helps balance the machine weight, enhance ground contact, and reduce slippage in challenging soil conditions. Added counterweights help maintain consistent plow depth, smoother operation, and superior control when faced with uneven or high-resistance terrain.
Ground Level Service Access
The BRON 175HD is designed with ground-level serviceability to make daily maintenance safer and faster. Key service points, including engine oil dipstick, DEF fill, and centralized grease banks, are all accessible from ground level. This eliminates the need for climbing or reaching over the machine.
Offsetting Plow
The fully offsetting plow allows the blade to swing left or right of center, providing precise utility placement around obstacles and along existing infrastructure. This design improves accuracy, reduces rework, and gives operators greater control when working in tight or congested areas.
Vibratory - Blade Mounted
The blade-mounted vibratory system delivers vibration directly to the blade for maximum effectiveness. By applying energy at the point of soil engagement, it reduces required pull force, improves penetration in tough ground conditions, and increases overall installation efficiency. Designed for demanding utility applications, this system enhances performance while minimizing stress on the power unit.
Tight Turning Radius
The tight turning radius allows BRON Utility Tractors to maneuver easily in confined spaces and tight job sites. This design improves control around obstacles, reduces repositioning time, and increases overall productivity during utility installations.
Blade Height
Hydraulic blade height adjustment allows operators to precisely control blade height from the cab. This feature ensures accurate depth control, smooth transitions, and consistent installation performance across varying ground conditions.
High Wear Steel Shank
Manufactured from high wear steel, the shank is designed to withstand abrasive soil conditions and high operating loads. This durable construction maintains consistent cutting performance while extending service life and reducing downtime.
Replaceable Cutting Edge & Tip
Replaceable cutting edges and tips are designed to handle abrasive soil conditions while maintaining consistent cutting performance. Easily serviceable components reduce downtime and operating costs by allowing worn edges and tips to be replaced without removing the blade, ensuring long-term durability and field-proven reliability.
Straight Slant Blade - 15° Angle Approach on Blade
The HD Series Straight Slant Blade features an optimized approach angle designed to improve penetration and pulling efficiency in challenging soil conditions. This updated blade geometry enhances productivity while reducing required pull force, resulting in smoother operation and improved trench closure. Field feedback has shown measurable gains in productivity, making this blade design a key performance upgrade within the HD Series.
Depth Gauge - Standard
The plow depth gauge, located on the blade holder, provides a clear visual reference for monitoring plow depth during operation. This allows operators to quickly verify depth settings at a glance, helping maintain consistent installation depth and accuracy in the field.
54” Max Plow Depth
The V175HD Utility Plow delivers a maximum plowing depth of 54 inches, providing the capability needed for deeper utility installations in a compact platform. This depth capacity allows contractors to meet project specifications while maintaining consistent grade and reliable performance in varying soil conditions.
