Ethics and Misconduct Reporting

BRON is committed to conducting business with integrity, honesty, and respect for applicable laws and ethical standards.

Employees, customers, suppliers, dealers, contractors, and other stakeholders are encouraged to report concerns involving:

• Fraud or financial misconduct
• Bribery or corruption
• Conflicts of interest
• Harassment or discrimination
• Workplace violence
• Environmental violations
• Product safety concerns
• Violations of company policies or applicable laws

Reports may be submitted confidentially and, where permitted by law, anonymously.

BRON prohibits retaliation against any individual who reports concerns in good faith.
