Manufacturer Validation
Every BRON powertrain is developed in collaboration with leading engine manufacturers. Each installation is reviewed and validated by the engine manufacturer to ensure the engine installation, cooling, emissions, and electrical systems work seamlessly together to deliver maximum performance at 100% duty cycle up to 50°C ambient or higher.
Separated Engine & Hydraulic Compartments
Divided into separate compartments for engine, hydraulics, and heat rejection, thereby separating hot ignition points from potential fuel sources. Keeps each compartment cleaner, making it easier to service and maintain for the duration of your ownership.
Oscillating Tracks
Traction over uneven terrain, keeping more even contact on the ground while achieving a lower 'real-world' ground pressure to maintain flotation in soft ground conditions. This also provides a smoother ride for the operator, thereby reducing strain and fatigue.
Walking Beam Front Axle
Connects the left and right track frames together with a central pivot to enable oscillation. The grease point for the central pivot is guarded while remaining accessisble without tools. The outer track frame pivots are a life-time trunnion connection that does not require daily greasing or maintenance.
D4 Size Undercarriage
The right-size undercarriage to match the weight-class of this machine while providing sound footings. Equipped with 30" Single Grouser pads achieves a low ground pressure to maintain flotation in soft conditions. The standard clipped grouser corners makes for responsive turning manoeuvres while minimizing soil disturbance and erosion.
Full Height Windshield
Clear view of the cutting head and tracks, with visibility to the gap between them to monitor mulching performance.
Under-Cab Sealing
Sealed joint between mainframe and cab prevents debris from collecting in the main frame under the cab, keeping the hydraulic compartment cleaner making it easier to service.
Air Ride Seat
Smooth riding air suspension for the operator with adjustable height for all sizes of operators.

Airflow by Design
With the primary airflow direction exhausting out the side panel doors, mulched dust and debris is directed away from the machine, helping operator visibility while keeping the engine compartment clean. The cool air intake at the rear is positioned as high as possible to limit fouling of the radiators.
Variable Speed Reversing Fan
Optimal fan speed for cooling the engine and hydraulic oil is determined by operating temperatures, keeping noise levels to a minimum while reducing fuel consumption. The hydraulically driven cooling fan will reverse regularly with a timer or manually when requested by the operator using the console mounted switch. Reversing the fan periodically helps keep the radiators clean of debris. When the engine is under high-load during mulching, fan reverse cycles are postponed to maintain maximum cooling capacity. All of these features reduces fatigue for the operator while allowing the machine to operate longer.
Sloped Roof
Solid top body panels prevents debris from falling into the engine bay. These solid roof panels are sloped to passively shed debris off the machine. Under the roof is an integrated structural framework that eliminates the need for external sweeps or canopy.
Single Rear Access Door
One lockable rear main door opens to provide access to all rear compartments (winch, storage, fuel, DEF, and coolers). A service-light mounted high improves visibility in dark conditions.
Ground Level Fuel & DEF Filling
Both the diesel fuel and DEF filling points are accessible from the ground, making it easier and safer for your daily touch points.
Belly Pans (Full Length)
Full length underbody access to internal components for easy service. Incorporates drain holes to prevent water from collecting.

On-Board Hydraulic Oil Fill Pump

LED Exterior Lights
See clearly on any job with built-in LED lights on the front and back of the mulcher, all controlled through the digital touchscreen system. Choose between the standard 6-light set-up and the optional 8-light set-up. For added protection from debris, steel mesh grating is available as an option.
D-Lug
Allows the mulching head to 'float' in a slot, minimizing shock loads to the lift-gear and operator while the head can follow the contours of the mulching site easier.

Options
Positive Air Shut-Off
Positive Air Shut-Off provides an added layer of engine protection by immediately shutting down the engine through the interruption of air intake. This system enables the engine to be safely stopped in emergency situations or in the event of uncontrolled fueling, thereby preventing severe engine damage and enhancing safety.
Track Guides
Oversized to support the track pads near the edge to limit maximum chain twist to meet the manufactures guidelines. Very helpful when riding up on the edge of a stump or rock to prevent bending track pads or damaging the chain links.
Track Guides - Full Length
Bolt-on design, easy to change at the dealer level or even by the customer for different seasonal or environmental work. The full length design helps prevent ingress of large debris/rocks while providing continuous support for the track pads in extreme conditions. These guides are lined with an AR plate to ensure strength and durability where it counts.
Assist / Recovery Winch
15,000 lb pulling force to assist with recovery. Compact integrated design keeps body smoother and shorter for easier maneuvering.
Cold Climate Package
Includes: additional batteries for increased cranking amps for starting in extreme cold conditions, diesel burning coolant heater/pump with programmable 7-day timer to warm the engine block and hydraulic tank oil, supplemental auxiliary cab heater to keep the operator warm in extreme cold environments.
Windshield Guard
Protects the windshield from damage by large debris with room for side access for easy cleaning and wiper maintenance.
Side Mirrors
The available cab-mounted side-view mirrors provide the operator with a view to the rear corners of the machine. Mounted in robust steel housings, the optional mirrors can improve the operators visibility for manoevering in confined spaces.
