TELECOMMUNICATIONS
BRON connects your customers to the world by Installing conduit, fibre optics, and power cable for communication networks.
RENEWABLE ENERGY
Laying flexible pipe and conduit for various utility services like solar farms and wind turbines
WATER & GAS
Extending rural water and natural gas lines.
Features
Custom Backplates
Each plow comes with a custom backplate or mounting plate based on the machine. The plow can be mounted to Bulldozers, tractors, and even 3 point hitch mounting is available.
Attitude (Pitch) Adjustment
The Attitude Cylinder allows the operator to adjust the pitch of the blade fore and aft while plowing, This allows the operator to adjust to different soil conditions and the different topography.
K-Line & Slant - Various Shank Profiles
There are 2 Blade options available in different sizes appropriate for the corresponding plow. The BRON Slant has limited slant and leaves a smaller windrow. The K-Line has a more aggressive slant. Choice of blade is a contractors choice.
Hydraulic Valves to Fit all Makes
BRON Static Plows are attached to many different brands of equipment. Valves and hydraulic schematics are established for most equipment manufacturers' models suited for installing BRON add-on plows.
Offsetting Plow
The fully offsetting plow allows the blade to shift left or right of center, providing precise utility placement around obstacles and along existing infrastructure. This design improves accuracy, reduces rework, and gives operators greater control when working in tight or congested areas.
Tight Turning Radius
The tight turning radius allows BRON Utility Tractors to maneuver easily in confined spaces and tight job sites. This design improves control around obstacles, reduces repositioning time, and increases overall productivity during utility installations.
Hydraulic Blade Height Adjustment
Hydraulic blade height adjustment allows operators to precisely control blade height from the cab. This feature ensures accurate depth control, smooth transitions, and consistent installation performance across varying ground conditions.
High Wear Steel Shank
Manufactured from high wear steel, the shank is designed to withstand abrasive soil conditions and high operating loads. This durable construction maintains consistent cutting performance while extending service life and reducing downtime.
Replaceable Cutting Edge & Tip
Replaceable cutting edges and tips are designed to handle abrasive soil conditions while maintaining consistent cutting performance. Easily serviceable components reduce downtime and operating costs by allowing worn edges and tips to be replaced without removing the blade, ensuring long-term durability and field-proven reliability.
Options
BRON K-Line Slant Shank
Blades are 2"-3" in width depending on the plow. This blade has a taller front edge which allows for a more aggressive pull in harder terrain.
BRON Slant Shank
Blades are 2"-3" in width depending on the plow. This blade has a smaller sloped front edge which leaves less spoil.
Pin-On Cutting Edges & Point
Various size replaceable Cutting Edges and Points.
Hydraulic Shaker Box
All BRON Static Add-On Plows are available with a vibratory option. The variable speed shaker allows the operator to maximize performance by tuning the vibration based on soil conditions.
Hopper Chute
Allows for the cable or conduit to be encased or bedded by sand or gravel in the trench.
Single Chute
For installation of a single product. A wide range of chute sizes are available to meet your product installation requirments.
Dual Chute
For installation of two or more products. Separate ducts within the chute allow for installation of multiple products with a defined separation.
Tape Holder & Feed Tube
Adjustable Tape Holder and Feed Tube can install warning tape above the cable at various depths.
Fairleads & Slider Chute
Fairleads on the roof and a slider chute keep the cables in line, organized & ready for installation. Additional fairleads and 40" fairleads are available as options.
Power Rewind
Enables a figure 8 pattern as the cable/line comes on or off the reel, helping to prevent cable damage.
Single Joystick Controller
A single seat mounted joystick controls primary plow functions.
Tamper Wheels & Feet
A Tamper System allows the Blade Holder to follow the contour of the ground while Plowing in Float, while riding on the Ski or Wheel Assembly.
Dual Telescopic Reel Carrier
Carries one or two reels. Weight capacity of reels are dependent on the tractor's lift capacity.
