Engine
The 175PU Drainage Tractor is powered by a 6.7 L Cummins® turbo-diesel engine, engineered for strong, Hydrostatic drives provide plenty of efficient pulling power. This dependable powerplant ensures consistent performance day after day.
Manufacturer Validation
Every BRON powertrain is developed in collaboration with leading engine manufacturers like Cummins, Caterpillar, and John Deere. Each installation is reviewed to ensure the engine, cooling, emissions, and electrical systems work seamlessly together—so your machine is fully supported for long-term performance in the field.
Separated Engine & Hydraulic Compartments
Divided into separate compartments for engine, hydraulics, and heat rejection, thereby separating hot ignition points from potential fuel sources. Keeps each compartment cleaner, making it easier to service and maintain for the duration of your ownership.
Single Layer All-In-One Cooling
The Single-Layer All-In-One Cooling Package is engineered for maximum efficiency, durability, and ease of service. Rated for continuous duty in ambient temperatures up to 50 °C, this best-in-class system meets the cooling demands of Tier 4 Final engines to help prolong engine life. The single-layer design provides easy, direct access for cleaning, reducing maintenance time while ensuring consistent performance in extreme working conditions
Oscillating Tracks
Helping to maintain ground contact and traction across uneven terrain, oscillating tracks can increase installation accuracy, reduce operator fatigue, and minimize ground disturbance.
D4 Undercarriage
The D4 undercarriage provides a robust foundation for the 175.
Track Guides
Track guides help maintain proper track alignment during operation, reducing the risk of de-railing in uneven or high-load conditions. By controlling lateral movement of the tracks, they improve stability, reduce undercarriage wear, and support consistent traction.
Visibility - 360-Degree View
360-Degree Cab Visibility provides the operator with a clear view in all directions from the cab, improving awareness with the jobsite, attachment, and surrounding obstacles. Large windows and optimized cab layout enhance sightlines to the blade, reel, and jobsite. This improved visibility increases operating confidence, precision, and overall jobsite safety.
Spacious Interior
The spacious Interior features a large, heated and air-conditioned cab designed for all-day operator comfort. Generous legroom, wide sightlines, and an ergonomic layout reduce fatigue during long shifts. This comfortable, climate-controlled environment helps operators stay focused, productive, and comfortable in all working conditions.
Swivel Seat With Mounted Controls
The high-back swivel seat is a standard feature, designed to maximize operator comfort and visibility during long workdays. Armrest-mounted plow and tractor controls rotate with the seat, keeping all primary functions within reach. This ergonomic layout reduces operator strain and fatigue while improving precision, control, and overall ease of operation in demanding applications.
Climate Control A/C & Heated
The climate-controlled cab features integrated air conditioning and heating to maintain a comfortable operating environment in all weather conditions, helping reduce fatigue and keep operators productive year-round.
Sliding Rear Window
The sliding rear window provides quick access to the rear of the machine for improved visibility, communication, and convenience during operation. Designed for ease of use, it allows operators to interact with the jobsite without leaving the cab.
ROPS Certified
The ROPS certified structure is designed to protect the operator in the event of a rollover. Available with an enclosed cab or optional open ROPS canopy, it provides essential safety without compromising visibility or access during utility operations.
Ground Level Service Access
The BRON 175 is designed with ground-level serviceability to make daily maintenance safer and faster. Key service points, including engine oil dipstick, DEF fill, and centralized grease banks, are all accessible from ground level. This eliminates the need for climbing or reaching over the machine.
Double Link - Standard Equipment
Proven linkage geometry provides a smooth tile installation with fast responses that can keep up with the high-performing BRON Power Unit. Virtual pivot points for the blade pitch enable the point approach angle to be adjusted on the fly without physically lifting or lowering, thereby keeping the tile on a smooth grade with accuracy.
High Wear Steel Shank
Manufactured from high wear steel, the shank is designed to withstand abrasive soil conditions and high operating loads. This durable construction maintains consistent cutting performance while extending service life and reducing downtime.
Replaceable Point, Mould Board, and Bottom Guards
Replaceable items on the blade can be easily changed as they wear. Easily serviceable components reduce downtime and operating costs by allowing worn items to be replaced without removing the blade.

Options
Tile Management
When equipped, the complete tile-management system can carry the roll, feed the tile along the length of the tractor, and finish by feeding it into the top of the tile-chute. The entire system is designed to minimize stretching the tile while keeping it from dragging to prevent damage.
On-Board Reel Carrier
The On-Board Reel carries a roll of tile on the machine and includes functions for swing, tilt, and brake, controllable from the cab or the ground-accessible catwalk switches. The reel carrier is beneficial by eliminating the need for a stringer tractor and trailer.
Tile Puller
Positioned between the spool on the reel carrier and the power feeder on the plow, this helps to consistently supply tile to the power feeder while minimizing stretching the tile. Available with fixed and swing-out versions.
Power Feeder
Mounted on the plow directly above the installation chute, this feeds the tile into the chute, reducing the chance for the tile to stretch while flowing through the chute into the trench.
Tow Cables
Tow Cables are used when assistance is required in severe conditions. The tow cable supports pulling force directly to the plow for strength and ease of towing. Available in steel or nylon cable.
Ice Picks
For added traction, ice picks are welded to existing single bar grousers. Depending on the pad configuration, Ice Picks can be added to each separate track pad or alternating
Ergonomic Cab Design
Cab is reinforced with an interior steel frame which meets safety requirements for protection from rollovers (ROPS) and falling out objects (FOPS). Plow and tractor controls are mounted on a heated high back seat for operator comfort.
Cutter Crusher
Cut & crush the tile, saving time & money by eliminating the need for endcaps. Single and dual chutes available.
Hydraulic Blade Lock
A combination of an internal hydraulic cylinder can fix the blade in place at a desired plowing depth. The operator also has the ability to remove the blade from the blade holder without any additional equipment.
Greaser Options
A manual grease bank on the plow is available to provide remote access to all the hard-to-reach grease points on the plow. A more sophisticated Automatic Grease System is also available, integrated to grease the plow, tractor, and optional reel carrier.
