EXPANDING BRONS CAPABILITIES OVERSEAS

BRON recently sent a 310 mulcher overseas to Scotland, along with BRON Sales and Service personnel to ensure a smooth learning curve for the contractor team. Collaborating with the company who provided the mulching head, the 310 mulcher proved it can integrate well with yet another type of mulching head. Even with a few hurdles, that the team overcame with ease, the contractor was very pleased with how well the 310 runs and is looking forward to purchasing additional machines in the future.

PROVIding TRAINING FOR OPTIMAL RESULTS

The BRON personnel who accompanied the machine to Scotland were able to share their valuable knowledge they have of the product with the contractor. Our service advisor was able to effectively provide hands on practice to the contractor’s techs to ensure continued success is found when using the 310. BRON's team was able to provide service immediately for any setbacks that occurred, ensuring the contractors time was well spent learning how to use the machine.

WORKING IN ROCKY CONDITIONS

The mulcher was immediately tested by going up a rocky mountain, which unsurprisingly it handled very well. BRON mulchers are designed to handle these unique challenges which include:

• Steep slopes
• Wind
• Heavy runoff

The operator was eager to continue testing the machine and expressed how well it worked all throughout the testing process. This was the first time the operator had ever ran a mulcher, the ease at which he learned and figured out the unit is a testament to how much BRON cares about easy machine usability.

LEARNING TO IMPROVE OUR PRODUCT

Personnel were able to gain insight about how the 310 can be further improved and these insights were communicated immediately back to the head office. Insights gathered on site will contribute to:

• Future equipment design improvements
• Improvements to overseas shipping
• Improved parts support planning for overseas customers

With such a positive first-time experience with BRON the contractor was immediately interested in how they can help get BRON products around the UK.
